SYN was a ROCK STAR.. SHE WAS AMAZING !!!!!!!!!! I am still flying high and how well my baby dog did. Syn really has had minimal agility training. I have really worked hard over the summer to get her ready for the champs. She exceeded my expectations exponentially. Out of 15 rounds of agility we only had 1 crazy Round. We were a team, we were together, she was listening ..she was LIGHTNING FAST… She is INCREDIBLE !!!!!!!!!!! AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING !! WOW. I get goosebumps thinking about it ! Risk/Porsche pups

Axle chases the tennis ball for about 3 hours/day and can catch a frisbee almost all the time. He is very fast and enthusiastic. We have been careful not to let him overdo it in the jumping department. So far he has been predictable with regard to leaving me without permission. I want to do some flyball training a little later. Planning on purchasing some weave poles to try to teach him how to do that. I have a big lot very near my home (backyard) where I can set them up. Axle needs 100% attention all of the time and he's always with me or sometimes my wife. He is a tall-long BC with rather short hair. Right eye is still blue with a little brown and left eye is brown. Blue merle coloring is beautiful as you can see. He's spoiled rotten.

Sorry I have not got in touch with you since we got our loving EMMA. Things are going well.  She has turned out to be a loving and a competive dog.  She has taken an obedience and an agility class.  She is getting really good at both.  She is also learning how to catch a Frisbee.  My friends and entered her in the fair.  I am going to dress her up as a Olympic swimmer.  Her 3 tricks are going to be Frisbee toss, catch, and sit/stay.  She is going to be entered also in best expression class and the best collar which I am doing a tie and jump rope for.  Thanks so much for her.

And she is still just as sweet and sucky as ever when we come home. She refuses to sleep anywhere but on my bed with me, and shows her love with a million and one kisses. When of course she is not running around playing with anything in sight, stuffies, tennis balls, cat toy's, frisbee's, water bottles, my shoes lol. Oh and on our way back from Vancouver I discovered I have a swimming border collie, even though no other dogs would go past their chests in water she just dove right in to get the stick. Wynd spent her first summer at Khirugai playing in Superdog Shows where she learned alot, not just about superdogs, but also about other people, other dogs, travelling, and hoteling it.  She made her debut in the Obedience class in 2008, earning Qualifyers and placements each time in the ring! Her debut in Agility at 18 months was not quite as sucessful, as Wynd has not yet learned that she sometimes needs to slow down a wee bit to actually jump the 26 inch jumps. She is a great jumper, but patience and collection on course is something she is still working on. One judge actually suggested we drop her in height, not realizing that the lower the bars, the more speed she will have and the WORSE it will be :-) But she is gradually learning that she cannot go 100 miles an hour ALL the time, so Meaghan is looking forward to lots of fun with her in the Agility ring. She has also learned lots of tricks already, which makes her a Superdog crowd favorite!

Now my turn to brag. get ready!! sit down!!! Morgun too is all you could ask for in a BC at 2, and more. He is smart, loyal, affectionate and very handsome. People stop and admire his looks. His coat is beautiful. Classic BC soft, full and very shinny. Then they see him run and are blown away with his speed!! His last Jumpers run which he had a 100% on was done in 19 seconds. Making him the fastest in his jump height, 20, and all other heights too. I have only shown him twice and both times it has been a 1st place for us. We are doing the usual 18-21 obstacles. I am going AKC and USDAA. It is all I know. But would love to try other venues with my boys.  He is picking up more and more speed. Makes me a little worried. How will I ever keep up with him? So layering and distance work it is. And my boy does listen. He is so on. But as soon as we come off the court and I slow myself down he is off, a game of tug helps. Just sweet and lovable.  Morgun looks to me for direction. Morgun just asks by turning only his head, where Mom and is gone. No spinning and definitely no barking. Thank heavens. Synergy is my perfect puppy ! She is a dream to live with. She has an awesome personality and gets along well with everyone she meets. She is the sweetest, most loving cuddly dog.

Syn also is an amazing agility dog. She is extremely fast and light on her feet. She is consistently running NADAC Novice jumpers courses is almost 7 yps and tunnelers courses are hitting 8 yps and she will get faster with confidence and experience.  WOHOOOO

I had to write about Synergy. I started trialing her 2 weekends ago and WOW is she AMAZING!!!!  I have taken my time training her, so she does not have many agility skills yet, but she is doing so GREAT !!!  I cant believe how quickly she has learned from trialing. When I practice, I only do a few obstacles….never more than 6 obstacles and now she is trialing doing twice as much.  Of course she is doing baby stuff..going around obstacles etc., missing weave poles, but from 2 weeks ago to last weekend ,she has improved soo much.  Her first trial, we got a Novcie Jumpers Q and she ran it in 6.25 yards per second. We had some really good stuff throughout the weekend. Last weekend, she was amazing.  We got another jumpers Q and she ran that in 6.77 yps… THAT IS REALLY FAST !!!! I cant wait to see how fast she is when she is confident and knows what she is doing !!  We also got a TouchnGO Q and she was only ½ second slower than Moxie- my fast Elite 8 year old BC. We also got a Regular Q!! I am going to try hard to get her qualified for the NADAC championships next year.  We need 250 points in Regular…so that is a lot of points, but I am hopeful.  I have never gotten so many compliments about a dog in my life…even at the championships. Everyone just loves her. She ended up being just over 18” but is breathtakingly BEAUTIFUL!!!!  I just LOVE HER SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!  Synergy can be seen at:  bonker.homestead.com/index_syn.html

HNH On a Power Tripp has got a great home with Kathy Hunter.  Tripp is a member of the TNG flyball team.  He has a great future ahead of him. I am just thrilled with Tripp! "Wynd is full of attitude, I love it. And at agility practice she was going over 6" jumps all by herself, just cuz. I love her already, she is sooooo cudly lots of kisses and hugs to give lol, and then she turns around and wants to play with toys. Oh and she is potty trained, got on it right from the time she walked in the door and after 4 days she was perfect, she even whines when she has to go out. ~ Meaghan.


Abbey/Tripp litter - 

Synergy is just over 18” tall….. the wicket rocks on her. She just had a growth spurt last month. I measured her in the beginning of Sept and she was well under the wicket, well last weekend it rocked. That’s OK !! I do love her so. She is the sweetest dog. She is just so loving.. I LOVE IT!!! I have started training Syn a little more at my moms. I lowered my dogwalk and Aframe and have her ZOOMING across it. Holy cow does she run fast over the dogwalk. I haven’t decided what I am going to do with her contacts yet… make her stop or try for a running contact/ For a petite dog, she sure has a LONG STRIDE> WOOHOOO. I just love her structure. She is put together so well. She is very balanced, with LONG legs ! I Love long legs. 

Tripp is just so incredible. I love this dog!! He sounds a lot like Syn in personality. He is very driven and focused when we’re playing or “working” but he’s not over the top or neurotic in any sense of the word like other performance BCs I’ve been around. He settles very well and actually sleeps in his crate even at flyball tournaments. But when I take him out to tug at ringside, he clicks into work mode in a flash and starts lunging and going nuts! He growls and tugs and thrashes about, but all I have to do is say “Okay, let’s get ready” and he drops the tug, spins into position, and waits for his next command! He’s just amazing. I’ve never had a dog like this! Of course, he’s my first BC though! He too has a lot of herding instinct and I can’t wait to get him on sheep. I am just thrilled with Tripp! He's loving and sweet but is also a true competitor who has the drive and athletic structure I was looking for in a sport dog. I can't wait to start competing with him!

"Thought you might like to see Jake as he is approaching his second birthday. Jake loves the snow. Jake just came into the room and laid his head on my lap, he is such a loving puppy. Jake and Coyote Joe (nine month old Maine Coon Kitten, almost fourteen pounds) get along so good, we call them the twins, as they are always together. When Jake is on a walk and someone is coming toward us, Jake gets on the ground in the position to herd. People just go on and on about how we have "trained" him. I finally stopped telling them about his breed, and just smile and say he was easy to train. Jake is a very smart puppy as you know, you cannot say words like "walk or ride" around him. We spell the words out, but I now believe Jake is learning what the letters mean. I know I don't have to tell you about him, as you have lived with them a lot longer than we have. We enjoy Jake very much and can't think of life without him. Thank you again for a fine puppy." ~ Cindy ~
